TODAYS NEED OF BIHAR

Hi friends,today bihar need is number of professional colleges like engg ,medical,mba etc.because youngester go outside the state(mh,tn, karnataka,orissa) and pay more fees due to this the economic growth of that state is high in comparison to bihar and bihar also loose money. Due to profassionalism increse our education level, solve medical problem and increase our living standard. Industrilization is other major need and it solve our employment problem.
SO I REQUESTED TO ALL YOUNGESTER ,YOU COME IN FRONT BECAUSE " if you are not stand for any thing, you will fall everything."

In some way this proposal is already in action. Professional colleges are having foundation laying functions. It has to be seen whether it is a part of election stunt and political gimmick. But much more important is that today there is a serious lack of qualified good quality teachers with academic and research orientation. So even IITs do not get good teachers these days. The recent economic boom has left almost no impetus for higher degree. Everybody wants to make money.

The second part is that to be a good quality teacher one needs to be drowned in continuous Research work which is lacking in Bihar in a major way. That's why Bihar is lagging behind.

To add to the suggestion by Sri Ajay I would like to say that conventional non-productive courses must be reduced and they should be replaced by Professional and Vocational courses. This will be appropriate utilisation of limited resources that Bihar has.
